Shipping policy
We have 2 different shipping options (Next day or Standard delivery) available and you can choose either when checking out. Unless stated otherwise in the checkout, this is our general shipping schedule.
- Ready to ship wigs and bundles ordered with next day delivery to UK address will be shipped with next day delivery if ordered before 12pm Monday- Wednesday.
- Accessories ordered with standard delivery to UK address will be shipped with 3-5 day delivery.
- Ready to ship wigs, bundles and accessories ordered with standard delivery to international address will be shipped with 10-20 day delivery.
Also we only accept orders with the same shipping and billing address. If these two are different after checking out, we will cancel your order.
