• Accessories un-used and in original packaging
• Ready to ship wigs where you did not request bleached knots, is unworn and has the lace still attached

You may NOT return the following items:

• Custom wigs
• Lashes
• Ready to ship wigs where you requested bleached knots (this does not apply to ready to ship wigs where it already had bleached knots applied before purchasing)
