Here is a quick summary of our returns policy:
- We DO NOT accept returns on customised wigs as all personalised and customised items are FINAL. We only accept back customised wigs that are FAULTY. Check the full terms and conditions for our definition of faulty.
- For hygiene reasons we do not accept returns of eyelash extensions.
- You may return Ready to ship wigs, Bundles and Frontals/ Closures and hair products and accessories if you change your mind, within 14 days of your order being delivered to you. We will accept returns of Ready to ship wigs, Bundles and Frontals/ Closures and accessories as long as you did not request bleached knots, they are unworn and not altered in any way. If you return an item that has obviously been used we will ship it back to you and will not accept your refund.Β
- Please be aware that the longevity of your wig(s) depends on how often you wear them and how you manage them. If you create any rips in your wig once it is in your care, that is your liability and you must fix it, so please do not expect us to repair the wig or replace it free of charge. Take extra care with your wigs.

- Your refund will not include any delivery charges you may have paid to send your ready to ship wig/ accessories back to us. Shipping will be at your expense. Please make sure you choose a tracked and signed for delivery service so you can check if we have safely received your package.
- Please allow up to 21 days for us to receive your package and process your refund.
