This wig is refundable as long as it is sent back in original condition and the lace on the front of the wig is still attached.

Please be aware that the colour that appears on your monitor could vary from the original colour of the wig due to different monitor settings.

The Ready To Ship Holly Wig is made on a stretchable cap, which has an elastic band and 3 combs attached. This is a glueless Unit, but can also be glued down.

How to Measure your head for your Ready To Ship Holly Wig:

To measure your head for a wig, use a cloth tape measure that has not been stretched for accuracy.

Circumference (Number 1 in diagram)

Start the tape at your hairline at the center of your forehead. Run the tape around, behind the ears, passing your hairline at the nape of the neck, and back up to the middle of your forehead.

Front to Nape (Number 2 in diagram)

Start the tape at your hairline at the center of your forehead. Run the tape backwards towards the nape of the neck.

UK Tracked & Signed Delivery 

We aim to deliver within 1-2 business days if ordered before 8pm Monday – Wednesday. If ordered on a Thursday-Sunday after 8pm, delivery will take 1-3 business days.

Items will be sent via Royal Mail Special delivery or DPD. Please ensure you are available at home to sign for your package.
